# HawkAC by AegisTech > HawkAC is a server-side, packet-level anticheat plugin for Minecraft Java Edition servers on Paper, Spigot and Folia (1.16.5 to 26.x), made by AegisTech and built to run next to GrimAC. Current version: 1.2.0 for both editions. HawkAC (Full) is sold on BuiltByBit; HawkAC Lite is free on SpigotMC. hawkac.pl is the official site and hosts the HawkAC web panel. Key facts: - What it covers: what movement simulation does not look at. Rotations faked only for the server, held and delayed packets (Blink, FakeLag, PingSpoof, Timer, tick shifting, disablers), several targets hit in one tick, one-shot damage exploits (arrow and mace), packet floods and crash packets, and click, inventory and building automation. GrimAC simulates movement, reach and velocity; HawkAC does not duplicate that and reads the rest. - 70 checks in five areas, 67 on by default. Proofs of something the game forbids can act alone; heuristics only add to a layered score, which also counts GrimAC and Vulcan flags. - HawkAC 1.2.0 adds a packet engine that judges movement, network timing, aim and clicks on the player's Netty thread (flags run in the player's own tick, safe on Folia), six performance profiles (Potato, Low, Medium, Hard, Extreme, Ultimate, or auto), a compiled behaviour model as a second opinion, and seven new checks (MacePhase, PacketFly, BoatFly, GroundSpoof, Timer, AntiDisabler, CrashShield). - Editions: HawkAC (Full, $14.99 on BuiltByBit) lets every check act and adds the web panel, ban waves, mitigation, a punishment ladder and a developer API. HawkAC Lite (free on SpigotMC) enforces seven combat checks (ArrowDamage, MaceDamage, SilentAim, AimValidation, MultiAura, Blink, FastBow); its other modules only record anonymous data. - Requirements: Paper, Spigot or Folia 1.16.5 to 26.x (or a Paper fork), Java 16 or newer (17+ from 1.18, 21+ from 1.20.5), ProtocolLib for the server version (5.4.0 or newer on 1.21.2+). Recommended: GrimAC. Optional: Geyser/Floodgate (Bedrock players are judged by the checks that hold for their controls), ViaVersion. - Benchmark: measured in a simulator, not on a live server. HawkAC 1.2.0: 0 false positives in 100,000 simulated clean sessions; the rules flag 93.2% of 31,000 cheat sessions across 31 cheat archetypes (5-minute sessions). Real servers will differ in both directions. - Limits stated by the authors: purely client-side modules (ESP, Fullbright, Freecam, zoom, nametags) send nothing a server can judge; an aura that never rotates, a carefully configured client and paid ghost clients are hard or impossible to tell apart. - Data: anonymous behaviour data (timings, rotation statistics, check results), players only as salted hashes; never chat, IP addresses, coordinates or other players' names. Sent weekly to AegisTech to train detection; `ai-telemetry: false` in config.yml turns it off. ## Pages - [Home page](https://hawkac.pl/): products, how it works, detection per profile, all checks, the web panel, install, data and privacy, support - [Changelog](https://hawkac.pl/changelog): every release of HawkAC and HawkAC Lite from 1.0.2 to 1.2.0, with dates and test results - [Full text of the site](https://hawkac.pl/llms-full.txt): the home page and the changelog as Markdown - [Install and requirements](https://hawkac.pl/#install): steps, staff commands and permissions - [Checks](https://hawkac.pl/#checks): the 70 checks by area, one line each - [Detection, measured](https://hawkac.pl/#detection): benchmark figures per performance profile and cheat family ## Get the plugins - [HawkAC on BuiltByBit](https://builtbybit.com/resources/hawkac-packet-level-anticheat.125055/): the full edition - [HawkAC Lite on SpigotMC](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/hawkac-lite-near-zero-false-positive-combat-anticheat-grimac-1-16-26-x.139012/): the free edition ## Support and legal - [Discord](https://discord.gg/aKyCch6eaB): bug reports, false positives, questions, announcements - [Terms of Service](https://hawkac.pl/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://hawkac.pl/privacy) ## Optional - [Web panel](https://hawkac.pl/dashboard): needs an account; HawkAC Full links a server with `/hawk code `
