Terms of Service

1. Who runs hawkac.pl

hawkac.pl is run by AegisTech, the name under which Adrian, a private individual from the Małopolska region (Lesser Poland), Poland, makes Minecraft plugins ("we", "us"). AegisTech is not a registered company. Contact: through our Discord server.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the website hawkac.pl, the accounts on it and the HawkAC web panel. hawkac.pl does not take payments. Our plugins are bought and downloaded on BuiltByBit (HawkAC, AegisZero, Vanguard) and SpigotMC (HawkAC Lite). Purchases, payments, refunds and downloads follow the terms of those platforms, and each plugin is used under its own licence.

3. Your account

• Use an e-mail address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself. What happens through your account is your responsibility.
• One account per person. Accounts cannot be sold or shared.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account at any time in the panel (Account, Delete account). This removes your account, your sessions and your linked servers.

4. The web panel

• The panel is free and works with HawkAC Full. You may link only servers that you run or are allowed to manage.
• A linked server sends hawkac.pl the figures the panel shows, as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing is sent before you link a server, and you can unlink it at any time with /hawk code unlink or in the panel.
• Actions you start in the panel (kick, switching checks, silent watch, bypass, reset, ban wave) run on your server as console commands. You are responsible for them. Set panel.allow-actions: false in config.yml for a read-only panel.
• The panel shows data about the players on your server. For that data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf; tell your players about it, for example in your server rules or privacy notice.

5. What you must not do

Do not attack or overload hawkac.pl, try to reach other people's accounts or servers, create accounts automatically, get around limits, or use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend an account that does any of this.

6. Availability and changes

hawkac.pl and the panel are provided free of charge and as they are. We work to keep them running but do not guarantee that they are always available or free of errors. We may change, limit (for example the number of servers per account or how often servers sync) or end parts of the service; we announce larger changes on Discord in advance where we can.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, downtime, or the effects of actions taken through the panel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights a consumer has under the law of the country where they live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we announce important changes on Discord. If you do not agree with a new version, you can delete your account.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
